So she is stuck pushing in absolute agony, the baby unable to even crown due to how tight the belt is, merely growing inside of her cervix. She begs her parents to have mercy on her to let her take off the belt but they are adamant that she suffer for her sins. It bits into her soft hips and belly and eventually she goes into labour at 9 months and a week. That sounds devious though, doesn’t it? The family takes her out, maybe for their reputation and maybe just to punish her and forces her into a tight chastity belt.
